Take the fukusa with your right hand while holding the chashaku. |

Re-hold the fukusa while holding chashaku in the last two fingers of the right hand. The fukusa is in front of the chashaku. |

Purify the chashaku with two strokes. |

Place the chashaku on the right rim of the tea bowl. |

Take the natsume with your right hand and move it to the original position. |

Move the fukusa in your left hand to above the kensui and dust the tea off with your right hand into the kensui in two strokes. |

Re-hold the fukusa in your right hand and place it on the lid of the tetsubin. |

Hold the knob of the lid between the fukusa and open the near side. |

Turn the fukusa over from right to left onto the left palm so that the right thumb is underneath. |

Tuck the fukusa into your obi. |
